Every plan carries a 7-day money-back guarantee on first purchase, no questions asked. After that, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period and unused time on annual plans is refunded pro rata. Refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Annual billing is charged once for twelve months and works out to roughly two months free compared with paying monthly. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time; the change applies at your next renewal date.
An email address, your billing records, and the servers on your account. We do not require a phone number or identity document to open an account. We retain no traffic logs. Connection metadata needed to operate the network is discarded within 24 hours. The full detail is in our privacy policy.
Yes. Take a snapshot and restore it in any other location from the control panel. Transfer between your own servers is not billed against your monthly allowance.
Ordinary legitimate use is fine, including workloads other providers treat as unusual. What is never permitted is illegal activity — malware distribution, child sexual abuse material, spam, phishing, fraud, or attacks on other networks. These result in immediate termination without refund. Our acceptable use policy sets out the full list.
Starter targets 99.9% and Business 99.95%. Enterprise carries a contractual 99.99% uptime SLA with service credits. Measured availability for all regions is published monthly on our status page.
